Most people think they sleep "fine."
Then they wear Oura for 7 nights.
And realize they've been running on 64% recovery for years.
See your real sleep score → Try Oura risk-free for 30 days.

What's working

  • 01Opens with a confrontation, not a feature. Hook punctures the viewer's self-image (the "you" feels personal, not generic).
  • 02Specific number (64%) earns trust where round numbers (50%, "low") wouldn't. Specificity beats superlatives every time.
  • 03The "7 nights" framing creates a low-commitment mental contract — the cost feels paid before the click.
  • 04Risk reversal at the end ("risk-free for 30 days") removes the only objection the hook just installed — "what if I'm wrong about myself?"

Remix prompt

How to adapt this angle without copying the words.

Pick the lie your category lets customers tell themselves ("I eat clean," "my CRM works," "my ads are profitable"). Open the ad by naming that lie directly, then promise a short, specific window that exposes the truth. End with risk reversal.

Watch outs

  • !Tone has to feel like a friend confronting you, not a brand scolding you. Cross that line and you lose the click.
  • !The specific number (64%) only works if your product can actually produce that data. Don't fabricate.
