Why it's here — Sells against the customer's current setup, not for the new product. Lets the visual carry the conversion math.

What if your tools talked to each other?
Left: your current stack. 8 tools. 14 integrations. 3 places the data dies.
Right: one workspace.

What's working

  • 01The ad never says Notion is better. It shows two diagrams — the customer's current chaotic stack and the same workflow in one box — and lets the viewer do the comparison themselves. Conclusions you reach yourself don't trigger sales resistance.
  • 02The left diagram is the hook, and it works because it's accurate. The buyer recognizes their own duct-taped Zapier mess instantly. Recognition is the strongest opener in B2B.
  • 03It sells against the current setup, not against a competitor. The real enemy of a consolidation product isn't another tool — it's the inertia of the existing stack. The creative aims at exactly that.
  • 04Static image, not video. When the entire argument is one visual comparison, motion adds nothing. Cheaper to test, faster to read in feed.

Remix prompt

How to adapt this angle without copying the words.

If you sell a consolidation play — your product replaces a tangled stack — don't show your features. Diagram your customer's current chaos, accurately, on the left. Put your product as one clean box on the right. The more honest the left side is, the more the right side sells itself.

Watch outs

  • !The chaos diagram has to be your buyer's actual stack, not a strawman. If it's exaggerated, recognition flips to distrust and the whole mechanism dies.
  • !Don't add a feature list to the right side. One box. The moment the right side gets complicated, you've recreated the left side.
